PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Lawrence, NY whose
practice focuses on enabling you and your family to cope with the
depression, anxiety and stress that accompany medical conditions such
as cancer, pain, diabetes, headache, gastro-intestinal disorders,
cardiac conditions and asthma.  I am certified in Clinical Hypnosis.

 
The mind-body approach to the treatment of chronic and complex
illnesses aims to enhance your emotional well-being.  I am aware of and
sensitive to the complications that arise as a result of your medical
situation.  In addition to my work with chronic and complex medical
conditions, I use hypnosis as part of the treatment for people who have
phobias, insomnia and addictions such as cigarettes, food and alcohol
